Form for Application
The application for taking lectures is done online, that is, input forms in WWW pages are used.
First, the program checks the adequacy of the input. If the input is not proper, the user is prompted to input again.
If the input is acceptable, the program sends an e-mail to the user, asking if s/he is sure. And in the display, a new WWW page appears announcing that an e-mail was sent.
