4.1.2 “good problem-solver" の概念規定の目的

    　含意の特定による概念規定の本来の目的は，概念的説明を可能にすることである(註1)。

    　しかし，問題解決論における“good problem-solver”の概念規定の目的は，問題解決能力を構成する要素のリストをつくり，
      “彼/彼女が good problem-solver でないのは， good problem-solver の要素である････が欠けているからだ”
    という形の説明を可能にすることである。実際，欠落の対象化の上に欠落補綴のための指導としての問題解決指導が立つ(註2)。


    （註１） 含意の特定による概念規定は，概念の確定にはならないが，概念的説明を可能にする。即ち，ＹがＸの含意であるとき，
      “それがＹであるのは，それがＸであるからだ”
    という説明が可能になるが，これが“概念的説明”と呼ばれるものである。
